If your team uses JumpCloud push notifications to sign in, you can now check that someone’s phone receives them, before they need it.
How It Works
- Push devices now show when each one was last used. You’ll see this in a user’s Security tab, and on the Security page of the employee portal.
- Click Verify next to an active push device. ShiftControl sends a test push to that device and shows whether it was accepted, denied, or expired.
Push devices also now load reliably for every user.
