Press Cmd+K, type a device’s name, hostname or serial number, and Quick Search now finds it. No more detour through Devices and the inventory search just to find one machine.
Matching devices appear in their own Device results group, right below your user, group and app results. Select one and you land on its device page.
- Search by display name, hostname or serial number
- Up to 10 devices are listed. If more match, a last row such as “7 more matching devices” opens the Device inventory with your search already filled in
- A new Devices group adds two shortcuts: Go to devices and Go to needs attention
Device results show up for admins who can view devices, in organizations with JumpCloud connected and JumpCloud Devices turned on. Google-only organizations see no change.
