The org chart used to draw every person in your directory. Service accounts and shared mailboxes have no manager and nobody reporting to them, so they landed in a flat row of disconnected boxes beside your actual reporting tree — and the more of them you had, the harder the real structure was to read.
The chart now shows only people who are connected to someone: they have a manager, or someone reports to them. A “Show unlinked people” checkbox above the chart brings everyone back whenever you want the full picture. And if nobody in your organization has a manager set yet, the chart tells you so and points you at the manager field, instead of drawing a wall of boxes.
You can also take the chart out of the product now. An export control sits alongside the zoom controls:
- PNG for a plain image of the whole chart
- PDF for a single landscape page holding the whole chart
- Every branch expands before the export runs, so nothing goes missing just because it was collapsed on screen
- The export follows the “Show unlinked people” checkbox — you get what you are looking at
- Files are named for your organization and the date, like
