The confirm button on a bulk action used to just say “Confirm”. You’d select fourteen apps, read a dialog explaining that nine of them are actually eligible, and then click a button that told you nothing about what you were agreeing to. The one number that mattered never appeared on the thing you pressed.

Now every bulk confirm button states the action and the count: Delete 12 users, Archive 1 app, Snooze 3 apps, Dismiss 7 tasks.

  • The count is the eligible count, not the selected count — the number that’s genuinely about to change.
  • Singular and plural work properly, so no more “1 users”.
  • Applied across all eighteen bulk dialogs: users, apps, app discovery, groups, departments, teams, locations and tasks.

Small change, but it’s the last thing you read before something irreversible happens.
