Update your billing contacts in two clicks ✍️
Finance hires. Ops moves. The AP inbox you set up two years ago is now full of nothing but your old assistant’s out-of-office replies. You can edit the billing contact list directly from the Billing page — add, remove, swap — and the next invoice goes to the right place. No ticket required.
Getting Started
- Sign in to ShiftControl as an admin or owner.
- Open Settings → Billing from the left nav.
- Review your active subscriptions and resold line items.
- Click Invoices to download any past invoice as a PDF.
- Click Billing Contacts to update who receives future invoices.
If anything on the page doesn’t match what you expect — wrong seat count, missing product, a line item you don’t recognise — reply to your last invoice and we’ll sort it out fast.
