Your HR system already knows each person’s personal email. Until now, ShiftControl left it there, so someone had to type it into Google Workspace or JumpCloud by hand for every new joiner. Not anymore. ShiftControl now reads the personal email from your HR system and keeps it in sync everywhere it belongs.
- New joiners arrive complete. People created from your HR system get their personal email in ShiftControl, Google Workspace and JumpCloud from day one.
- Changes follow along. When someone updates their personal email in your HR system, the next sync updates it in ShiftControl, Google Workspace and JumpCloud too.
- Nothing gets wiped. If your HR system has no personal email for someone, ShiftControl keeps the one you already have.
- Google’s standard Home email. ShiftControl now saves personal emails as Google’s own Home email, including the ones you enter in ShiftControl yourself. In JumpCloud, it fills in the Alternate email.
- Works with your HR system. Deel, Gusto, Rippling, BambooHR, HiBob, Humaans, DreamTeam and OmniHR are all supported. For OmniHR, include the personal email column in the report ShiftControl reads.
