We’ve rebuilt billing from the ground up. Setting up a plan now takes one page instead of three steps, and the page you come back to afterwards shows your plan, your invoices and exactly who you’re paying for.
How It Works
- Set up billing on one page. Choose your plan, payment method and billing details with a live order summary beside you, so you know what you’ll pay and when before you commit.
- Your invoices, inside ShiftControl. See every invoice and its status without digging through email.
- See who you’re paying for. Check which users count towards your seats, and why anyone isn’t counted.
- Know when something needs attention. If a payment is due or overdue, the billing page tells you, and so does the pill at the top of the app.
- Keep your details current. Update your company details, tax ID and billing contacts at any time.
We also cleaned up a number of smaller issues with prices, seat counts and billing contacts along the way.
Getting Started
- Open Settings → Billing.
- On a trial? Pick a plan, and the summary shows what you’ll pay and when.
- Already paying? Your plan, invoices and billing details are all in one place.
